چکیده
Climate change has disrupted several aspects of food systems, but perhaps one the most alarming effects on global nutrition is decrease in grain production as well reduction protein content and quality grain. Over last decades, due to climate change, suitable areas Korea for barley cultivation have been moving northward compared past. Thus, objective this study was determine how different climatic factors such temperature impact growth at stages (December, February, April) yield harvest four group (G1, G2, G3, G4) with climates. Differences temperatures between during growing season variability yields were noted. Additionally, chemical composition soils mineral leaves heading stage main constituents amino acid seeds grown considered. On average, tiller number/m2, plant height, dry aboveground parts/m2 G1 lower than other when measured before overwintering (December), after (February), (April). However, there no difference these parameters G2 G3 areas. In 2020, order levels G4 > = G1. The 37% less 2021, similar being G2. Also prior year, 39% minimum daily average (October June) Growth colder areas, which suggests that December, April may be responsible crop yield. Crude protein, lipid, ash contents higher There variation kinds acids Organic matter, available phosphoric acid, potassium (K), calcium (Ca), zinc (Zn) soil elsewhere. addition, consistency among plants Overall, it concluded still not regardless change.

Effect of Agronomic Practices on Growth, Grain Yield, Malt Yield Losses of Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.)
A field experiment was conducted during 2006-07 and 2007-08 at Ludhiana to study the effect of different agronomic practices on growth, grain yield, malt yield and losses of malt barley (Hordeum vulgare L.).The study revealed that plant height, dry matter accumulation, grain and straw yield were statistically at par with different method of sowing during both the years. Similar trend was also o...
متن کاملLysine Catabolism in Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.).
Lysine catabolism in seedlings of barley (Hordeum vulgare L. var. Emir) was studied by direct injection of the following tracers into the endosperm of the seedlings: aspartic acid-3-(14)C, 2-aminoadipic acid-1-(14)C, saccharopine-(14)C, 2,6-diaminopimelic acid-1-(7)-(14)C, and lysine-1-(14)C. Labeled saccharopine was formed only after the administration of either labeled 2,6-diaminopimelic acid...
متن کاملAllelopathic Plants. 19. Barley (Hordeum vulgare L)
Barley is integrated with other crops to inhibit weed growth, through allelopathic interactions. Effects of barley on growth of other crops, weeds and autotoxicity among cultivars result primarily from allelopathy mediated by allelochemicals released from plant components and/or exuded from living roots. A limited number of allelochemicals are identified that contributes to allelopathic effecti...
متن کاملComparative Proteomic Analysis of Two Barley Cultivars (Hordeum vulgare L.) with Contrasting Grain Protein Content
Grain protein contents (GPCs) of barley seeds are significantly different between feed and malting barley cultivars. However, there is still no insight into the proteomic analysis of seed proteins between feed and malting barley cultivars. Also, the genetic control of barley GPC is still unclear. GPCs were measured between mature grains of Yangsimai 3 and Naso Nijo. A proteome profiling of diff...
متن کاملA New QTL for Plant Height in Barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) Showing No Negative Effects on Grain Yield
INTRODUCTION Reducing plant height has played an important role in improving crop yields. The success of a breeding program relies on the source of dwarfing genes. For a dwarfing or semi-dwarfing gene to be successfully used in a breeding program, the gene should have minimal negative effects on yield and perform consistently in different environments. METHODS In this study, 182 doubled haplo...
